Quality Standards Compliance

Manufacturing

Structural components and kits for steel structures are manufactured to EXC4 standards as per EN 1090-2, certified by TÜVRheinland.

Welding

Compliance with EN 1090-2 EXC4 by TÜVRheinland for:

  • Metal active gas welding, partly mechanized.
  • MAG welding with metal cored electrode.
  • TIG gas tungsten arc welding.
  • Drawn arc stud welding with ceramic ferrule or shielding gas.

Corrosion Protection

Certified by ICATS (Industrial Coating Applicator Training Scheme) of the United Kingdom
